An 1860s Civil War CDV of a Soldier in Uniform.  Appears to be an Union Soldier?  It was taken by The PARTRIDGE'S GALLERY at WHEELING WEST VIRGINIA.  There is a Green Revenue Stamp on the back.  There's a date stamped on the revenue, but is smudged.  There is no handwriting on the back.  The man is not identified.  The CDV has age wear.  Smudging with some tiny indentations at the top.  Please e
