1880s Hallet, Davis & Co. Square Grand Piano

I have to make room for some new instruments, so I am selling my 1880's Hallet, Davis Co. square grand piano. This remarkable Victorian instrument is also a beautiful piece of furniture, and square grands are increasingly difficult to find. It has a rich sound. It is a bargain at ,200 or best reasonable offer.

The dimensions of the piano are as follows:  the width - piano keys plus wood on each side - is 80".  Depth is 42", height is 38".  It is a full 88-key piano.
The piano is in good working condition.  The hammer on the second A key below middle C needs to be re-glued to the rod.  It has held tune pretty well, and the soundboard is in good shape, though it will probably need to tuned.
