Here is a weldable replacement fitting with an internal counterbore for use with many Continental style 20mm x 1.50
Diesel NOx sensors used by many OE manufacturers. No longer will you need to replace an entire component if one of these sensors strips out. Simply grind off the old one with an abrasive cut-off wheel, and weld one of these in place of it, then install your new sensor (sold separately at your local dealership). These are individually machined in small batches from billets of 304 stainless steel so they weld very nicely, especially when using appropriate shielding gas and welding wire for stainless.
