    Antique Civil War Tintype Photo-CS Confederate Soldier with Battleshirt & Slouch Hat!  This is a gorgeous 1/9 plate Tintype in a full, complete case. Behind the
    photo
    was a
    n old
    piece of
    Ten Cent
    Confederate currency money!  The Image is in excellent condition and the old gentleman I purchased from said he bought it many many years ago out of Georgia.  There is writing in the back in pencil which may be an ID?  Reads; 'Ga'  '31' 'Remove hol?'  '10x12 salt'  'coat and vest white shirt'  (May have had a salt print made too?)   Also, possible ID on bottom 'L. Essinger?'.  Great old photo and the shirt is awesome!   As-found!
