Item Description
For sale is a VERY rare NAMED Civil War soldier CDV of Jerome S. Moseley.
He appears to be a Union soldier wearing his frock coat, vest, and holding his cap.
He was with Co. A 12th NY volunteers of Syracuse.
The CDV was done by Gihon & Rixon, 1024 Chestnut St., Philadelphia.
It measures 2 1/2" wide x 3 11/16" tall including borders.
The back contains his information with fading, and someone later wrote his information again so I guess it wouldn't fade away.
