Question:  Do I need to return my old DPF or Catalytic?
Answer:  No, W&L does not require a core return.
Question: Will your part fit the same as my original part?
Answer:  Yes, W&L parts are direct replacements.
Question: Do you provide gaskets and clamps?
Answer: No we do not, W&L parts are designed to factor fitment so it uses OEM gaskets and clamps.
Question: I ordered a part from W&L, when will it ship?
Answer: All W&L orders are processed same day, so it will be shipped the day you order.  Orders after 5 PM EST will be packed and ready to be shipped in the morning the next business day.
Question: Are your parts new or are they re-manufactured?
Answer: W&L Parts are NEW, not re-manufactured old parts.
Question: Do I need to pay a core fee also, if so how do I do this?
Answer: W&L does not require a core return, so no need for a fee.
Question: When will I receive my part?
Answer: W&L uses UPS for all shipments, a tracking number will be provided once the ordered is fulfilled.
Question: Does W&L ship to Canada?
Answer:  Yes, W&L ships to Canada,  all W&L shipping is free, but the Canadian resident is responsible for any import fees or taxes.
Question:  Your site says free shipping, is that on all orders?
Answer: Yes, all W&L parts shipped within the continental US are shipped at cost to W&L, not the buyer.
Question: After I installed my W&L DPF I still had a 'DPF ERROR' light, what is wrong?
Answer
: If you still have a DPF error code AND you have done a reset or teach in procedure, the issue may be your code reader.  Generic code readers (NON BMW SPECIFIC) will only tell you what is not working, the DPF may be having a code but it could be due to another system not allowing it to work properly.   To get detailed results use a OEM Specific reader and this will break down what exactly the codes are in detail.  If you still have questions call W&L for Technical Support
